R-6898 is an alcohol-soluble integrated composite ink resin for the manufacture of benzene-free and ketone-free gravure printing inks. R-6898 resin has excellent pigment wettability, good adhesion fastness to non-polar substrates such as PET and OPP, and excellent comprehensive properties. R-6898 has good compatibility with similar polyurethane, nitrocellulose resin and aldoketone resin in the market. R-6898 resin is an alcohol-soluble resin. Alcohol solvents or mixed solvents of alcohol and ester can be used as diluents when printing ink. It is not recommended to use ester solvents alone to dilute. The resin is tough and elastic, and has good anti-viscosity. When producing non-polar substrate printing inks such as OPP, adhesion accelerators should be added to improve adhesion.
